The statement comes amid rising international pressure for renewed negotiations and growing concerns across Europe over long-term regional instability. Lukashenko insisted he is willing to host or attend talks without conditions, presenting Belarus as a potential platform for direct communication between Kyiv and Moscow’s closest ally.
