Tuesday, August 11, 2026 - Germany is facing a growing security threat after an explosive-laden drone was discovered at Leipzig/Halle Airport, one of the country’s major cargo hubs.

The drone was found near a Ukrainian cargo aircraft, prompting authorities to deploy bomb-disposal teams and investigate a suspected sabotage operation.
